- Ingredients:
- 3 lbs Venison Roast
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp Dried Rosemary
- Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rub venison roast with olive oil. Spread minced garlic over roast. Place in baking dish and sprinkle rosemary over roast. Bake to desired degree of doneness.
