- Ingredients:

- 1 lb. Ground venison
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz. Sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- ½ ground black pepper
- 1 T garlic pepper
- 1 tsp. Basil

- Brown meat, add seasonings. Add onion, mushrooms, soup and mild.
- Mix together and simmer for 15 minutes. Add sour cream and simmer only 3 minutes more. Serve over white rice or cooked noodles.
