- Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 lbs. Ground venison
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1/2 Green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 Cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1 Tbls. Chili pepper
- 1 tsp. Hot red pepper
- 1 28-oz. Can tomatoes
- 1 16-oz. Can kidney beans
- Cooking oil as needed

- In large pot, brown meat in 2 T oil and drain. Remove meat from pot. Heat 1 Tbls. oil in pot, add onions, pepper, and mushrooms and cook until tender. Add meat and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then decrease heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
