Venison Meatballs
Ingredients:

1 lb. Ground venison
1 lb. Ground pork
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. vinegar
4 T. sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 cup beer

Directions:

Mix venison and pork. Roll meat into 1" balls. Mix remaining ingredients in sauce pan and simmer briskly for 15 minutes. Remove From heat and set aside. Broil meatballs, turning to brown on all sides. Drain, add to sauce and simmer for 30-45 minutes.

Yields: 40-50 small meatballs
