Venison Meatloaf
Ingredients:

2 lbs. Ground venison
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. Black pepper
1/4 tsp. Garlic pepper
1/2 tsp. Onion powder
1 16 oz. Can stewed tomatoes
1 LB bacon, fried and crumbled
3/4 cup saltine crackers crushed finely
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in a Large baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours, checking every ½ hour. Drain Off any accumulated fat and continue baking until 2 hours are up.

Serves: 4-6
