- Ingredients:

- 2 lbs. Ground venison
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
- 1 16 oz. Can stewed tomatoes
- 1 LB bacon, fried and crumbled
- 3/4 cup saltine crackers crushed finely
- 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Directions:

- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in a Large baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours, checking every ½ hour. Drain Off any accumulated fat and continue baking until 2 hours are up.
