Venison Marinade
Ingredients:

2 Lemons
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Stick Butter
2 tsp Paprika
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
Salt Pepper
1/2 Cup Water

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan except lemons and heat to a simmer. When simmering, halve the lemons and squeeze juice and pulp into the sauce. Then put the lemon halves into the sauce and bring to boil for three minutes. Let mixture cool and then remove lemon peels. This can be a basting sauce or and overnight marinade, but it works best when combined with half as an overnight marinade and the other half used for basting while cooking.
