- 2 Pheasant Breasts
- Flour
- Fine, Dry Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- Salt & Pepper
- Butter or Margarine
- Ingredients:
- Bone out and skin pheasant breasts. Flatten breasts to about 1/4 inch. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, and dredge in breadcrumbs. Salt and pepper to taste. Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat and fry pheasant until golden brown turning once.
