- 1 Goose
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Smoked salt
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Onion powder
- 1/2 cup thawed orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup honey Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- Directions:

- Mix the oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, seasonings, orange juice and mustard in a bowl. Cut the goose into chunks or slice about 1" thick. Pour the marinade over the goose pieces in a shallow glass pan and marinate for about 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove the goose and drain on paper towel. Mix some honey with 1 cup of the reserved marinade. Grill goose pieces over medium heat for approximately 20 minutes. Baste with marinade.
