- 2-3 Lbs. Elk round steak
- 1 T. Margarine
- 1 Large onion, sliced
- Flour
- Onion soup mix
- 1 Can mushroom soup
- Garlic salt to taste

- Roll steak pieces in flour and brown in margarine. Put steak in slow cooker and layer with onion, onion soup mix, and mushroom soup. Sprinkle with garlic salt to taste. Cook until tender. Remove steak and thicken sauce for gravy.
