Duck Poppers
Ingredients:

2 Duck Breasts
1 lb Bacon
3 jalapeno Peppers
Your Favorite BBQ Sauce

Directions:

Cut duck breast into chunks. Slice peppers and cut bacon strips in half. Put jalapeno slice on duck chunk, wrap with 1/2 slice bacon and secure with toothpick. Grill just a few minutes on each side and brush with BBQ sauce when almost done. Duck can be eaten pink and juicy and not always well done.
