- Ingredients:

- 4 Pheasant Breasts
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Chicken Bouillon
- 1 tsp Salt
- Directions:
- Combine olive oil, mustard, lemon pepper, lemon juice, bouillon and salt in bowl and mix well. Pour mixture over pheasant in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 30 minutes or until done.
