- 4-6 Bear Chops
- 1/4 Cups of Butter
- 2 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
- 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can of Cream of Celery Soup
- 1 Pkg. Dried Onion Soup Mix
- 2 Tbls. Beef Soup Base
- 1/8 tsp. Thyme
- 1/2 tsp. Crushed Rosemary
- 2 Cups Water

- In skillet, brown chops in butter and remove from pan. Saute' garlic in same pan 1 minute. Add soups, soup base, seasonings and water and blend until smooth. Add chops and simmer about 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Serve with wild rice or egg noodles.
