- Ingredients:
- 3 lbs Venison Roast or Steaks
- 5 Cups Water
- 1 Can Beer
- 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
- 6 tbsp Oregano
- 6 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 7 Bay Leaves
- 2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- Salt
- Steak Buns
- Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a large crockpot and cook on low for nine hours. (Meat should be submerged) Remove bay leaves and liquid and use fork to separate the meat and return to crockpot until ready to spoon onto toasted buns.
