- Ingredients:
- Venison Steak
- Flour
- Hot'n Spicy BBQ Sauce
- Oil
- Directions:
- Slice steak in strips approximately 1" wide. Roll each strip in flour and fry to golden brown in hot oil. Place fried steak in baking dish, top with BBQ sauce and bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. Very simple, very tasty.
