We will be happy to make travel arrangements for you and/or your hunting group. We can arrange airfare, accommodations, dining, ground transportation, guide service, lands to hunt, license applications, game processing, taxidermy, trophy shipping and even entertainment. We will do as much, or as little, of your hunt planning as you desire, and we will furnish a written estimate of the costs involved and a complete itinerary of your hunt in Wisconsin for your approval. All you have to do is arrive with your hunting gear ready to hunt, and we can even help with your hunting gear if necessary. Just fill out the questionnaire that follows, submit it along with your credit card information and your card will be charged $25.00 (U.S. Currency), and a complete personal written estimate, of the services you requested, will be mailed to you normally within 10 days. Upon your approval, written acceptance, and a payment of 50% of the total cost of your hunt package, all your requested services would be confirmed in writing, all bookings would be made. The cancellation policy for your hunt would be explained with your confirmation (some hunts are more expensive to cancel than other hunts due to the complexity of the services involved). Black bear hunting arrangements must be made by December 1st for the following years fall bear hunt (i.e. 12/1/00 reservations for the September-October bear hunting season of 2001). Please make whitetail deer hunting arrangements a minimum of three months prior to your proposed hunting dates. If it not possible to confirm the hunt and the dates that you have requested, your $25.00 fee will be returned. Please check the "Hunting Seasons" section of our website to insure that your hunt is possible for the dates you have selected. Hunters are welcomed from around the world.
